Celebrating 200 Posts

This is a very exciting day. I have officially written my 200th post on NashvillWife.com! My blogging journey began in 2009, but it wasn't until May 2015 that I started Nashville Wife.

Sharing life with you over the past 17 months has been wonderful, and I look forward to continuing to do so for many years to come. I love getting to know each of you via comments and email. Please let me know if there are any posts (either general or specific topics) that you would like to see on the blog. I value your feedback. :)

Thank you, from the bottom of my heard, to all my loyal readers. Y'all are the best!
Ellie

    1. I'm glad you enjoy my blogs! My wrists are doing better, although the pain seems to have moved to my upper back, so I'm still not able to spend as much time working on the computer as I would like.

      Blessings,
      Ellie

A day in the life post would be fun. I also follow bloggers who will share their monthly reading lists. It always gives me lots of great book ideas. If you are an avid read, I would love to see your recommendations.

I would really like a post about books, if you like to read. Maybe reviews, like you did for the movies. Do you like to read literature, besides the Bible?

Yes!!! I would love to read weekly book reviews! Or even just a post about what your favorite books to read as a child/teen were...or current favorites...or what's on your "Currently Reading" shelf right now! :-)

    2. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to read books for pleasure. Right now, I'm spend a lot of hours researching for the book I'm writing. I do have some suggestions of books I have read in the past, though, so I'll have to post those. :)

I love reading your blog. The Duggar blog and Bates blog are fun too. At Christmas, I think it would be fun for your readers to write in their favorite Christmas memory. Like their favorite Christmas gift, Christmas dinner, Christmas with their family or whatever. It would be fun reading the storeies. I know you can"t put everyone on your blog, but you could put everyone you can. Your a Sweetheart for doing what you do. You make our days less lonely.

    1. Hi Micheckels,

I'm not much of an interior decorator. (That's why I post things from my sister-in-law, LOL.) But I do love organizing!

It would be interesting to hear of your transition from college into your professional career, and from living in a christian house in college to living with your husband. I'm graduating with my undergrad this coming spring, and although I have one more degree left to go, I will be moving from home to most likely on-campus residence (not getting married anytime soon though, still single!) How did you find the transition out of college?

Hi Ellie, congratulation and many thanks for your blog, I enjoy reading it and as it is said above, even if we don't share the same beliefs, I truly appreciate your open-mindedness and your kindness.
I'm sorry to learn that the pain moved to your upper back, I hope you'll feel better soon.
I would like to read about a day in your life, about home decoration and organization tips, about your favorite books and the progress in your own writing.

    1. Hi Meg!

Just posted the first post of several. We had a blast. You sure do have a beautiful state. Both of us had been to Seattle and California, but not to Oregon, and we had never driven along the coast.

Hope you enjoy the pics. I'll look forward to hearing your comments, since you know the place so well. :)
